Welcome to Heart MD
Welcome to HeartMD, the office of Dr. Justin McCullough. Specializing in Cardiovascular Disease, we treat patients with Coronary Artery Disease, Atrial Fibrillation, Heart Failure, Hypertension, and a multitude of other cardiac diagnoses. We offer in-house Echocardiograms, EKG’s, Pacemaker checks, Holter Monitors, and Event Monitors. Associated with Coliseum Medical Center, Medical Center Navicent Health, Fairview Park, and Dorminy Medical Center. We are proud to serve the middle Georgia community and have offices in five convenient locations (Warner Robins, Macon, Eastman, Thomaston, and Fitzgerald).

Justin McCullough, MD, FACC
Dr. McCullough was born and raised in Statesboro, GA. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Shorter College in 2003. After completing his medical school and residency training at Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon, GA, he completed his cardiology fellowship at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. In addition to his practice, he also serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Cardiology for Mercer University School of Medicine. In his free time, Dr. McCullough enjoys spending time outdoors and playing with his two children.
What are your office hours?
Our office is opened Monday-Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm and Fridays 8:00am to 12:00pm
What days are you at each office?
- Warner Robins every Monday and Friday
- Eastman every other Tuesday afternoon
- Fitzgerald every other Tuesday afternoon
- Thomaston every other Wednesday morning
- Macon every Thursday afternoon
Do you accept my insurance?
We accept most major insurances! Please call our office if you would like to verify, prior to being seen.
Can I view my medical records online?
Yes! We have a convenient patient portal that you may use to view your appointments, medical records, prescriptions, and even send us messages. All we need to enroll you in the portal is your email address.
What do I need to have with me for my first office visit?
We want to ensure that you are seen quickly once you arrive. It will be helpful if you bring to all your visits, your current insurance card, photo ID, and any medications you are taking. Also, any forms or test results that you have been provided. If your insurance has a co-pay for an office visit, you will be responsible to pay at the time of your visit. New patient paperwork is available on our website in the “Patient Forms” section and can be filled out and brought with you to your appointment.
If I have a question about a bill received who can I contact?
Once your insurance coverage has processed and paid, any remaining deductible, coinsurance, or copay not collected on the date of service will be billed to you. If you have questions, Shelly is ready to help you. For your convenience, please contact her by telephone at 478-257-5533, option 4.
What should I do if I need to reschedule or miss my appointment?
Your appointment time is reserved for you, If you find you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance to reschedule. If you miss an appointment, please contact our office during regular office hours (8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday) and explain that you have missed your appointment and discuss rescheduling the appointment.
